A local woodworking company contacted Ducting Express after visiting our website. The customer was looking to move their current wood waste extraction system to a different location within their facility to meet an increase in production demands.
Prior to designing the system, our Engineer, Antony Squire, visited the customer’s site to measure the area, discuss how we could help and offer advise on how this could be acheived.
Ducting Express' Solution
Working closely with the customer we proposed to do the following; The existing open bag filter unit would be relocated to a new position on the opposite side of the customers factory with new suitably sized spiral ducting that would then connect to the existing wood working machinery and a new material cutting machine to the extraction unit.
A suitable date for installation was agreed with the customer and the work was carried out by one of our skilled fitting teams with a vast experience in Wood Waste and Dust Extraction Systems.
On completion of the installation an LEV test was undertaken to provide legal documentation for their health and safety records.
