A local woodworking company contacted Ducting Express following a recommendation from a previous supplier. The customer was relocating to new premises and wanted to reinstall their current extraction system in the new location and make some changes to adapt the system so that they could add some additional new machinery.
Prior to designing the system, our Engineer, Antony Squire, visited the customer’s site to measure the area and discuss the options that would be best suited to their requirements.
Ducting Express' Solution
The client already had their own bespoke open bag filter unit so it was a case of designing a suitable ducting layout for his machines. New suitably sized spiral ducting would be installed to connect to his existing wood working machinery.
Wood Waste Extraction Installation
This was fitted by one of our skilled fitting teams with a vast experience in Wood Waste and Dust Extractors. The installation took place over a period of 3 days with all parts supplied from our vast warehouse stocks.
On completion of the installation an LEV COSH test was undertaken to provide legal documentation for their health and safety records.
