I'm using DES Ltd. more and more, mainly because they are cheaper than making it ourselves in the workshop, its good quality and reliable, and now I've found they do little mag gauges that are cheap as well (and you can put your own 'safe' zone on).

Ordered a 90 degree bend, a y joint and a 3m length of ducting and only the bend and joint arrived. Every time I called to find out about the 3m length there was another excuse, was damaged, supplier was delayed etc., the last time I called 2 weeks after I ordered they offered to send it out the next day, a complete joke. Had to get a refund in the end, which is a useless credit note, a complete waste of time. Y and 90 degree bend are fine, took 2 days to arrive.

Following the reply from Ducting "Express" I can only clarify, that I have called again, when the items did not arrive on time, only to find out they were out of stock and waiting for parts. So no, it was not a parcel getting lost in transit, I'm afraid.

I contacted ducting express a number of weeks ago now in regards to the supply and install of a complete dust extraction system in my Joinery Workshop.
Having supplied a full floor plan, machine types and specs. and sizes and port sizes, I have emailed numerous times chasing up the enquiry with no joy.
I did then receive an email confirming that a cost for the works would be received by the end of that week, that was probably four weeks ago now and as yet have still not received anything.
Certainly if I operated my business this way or didn't keep customers up to date I would have no business to warrant dust extraction for !
Very disappointed !
