I needed a few small pieces of ducting and didn't know where to find them. However, I was lucky enough to come across Ducting Express Services Ltd and they had everything that I needed. The purchase process was very simple and the goods arrived within a couple of days. I was most impressed with the company, and whilst they are in a different part of the country to me, I would use them again. Highly recommended and definitely five stars.

The initial gauges supplied were not suitable due to how much air flow we generate through our L.E.V. After speaking to Andy at Ducting Express he went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed and as you can see by the pictures they have doen a really good job. The gauges are easy to read and mounting them on the wall rather than the hood means they are safe out of the welding spatter.
These gauges are perfect ....and they don't need batteries :) Top Service Top Team thanks Dave

A week passes and still nothing another email and a reply saying it had just come in another two day before delivery 12 days from order to receipt not acceptable with no communication ,
Further to this when is was deliver it wasn’t my item the shipping labels had been mixed up and my order was with another company which I contacted my self and went out of my way to collect it from them as well as taking their item to them as I couldn’t wait for another delivery
I have had a very poor experience and will not be using this company again.

I've had a look into your order and can see that your order was placed Tuesday 25.10.2022.
Generally these are stock items but unfortunately we had sold out and was awaiting a stock delivery.
You were in conversation with my colleague via email two days after your order was placed regarding when we were expecting the items back into stock and when delivery would be made to yourself. We sent an email on 03.11.22 providing an estimated delivery date of 04.11.2022 and tracking details.
The date of your order 25.10.2022, your order was dispatched 03.11.2022 and delivered the day after. We do not deliver on weekends, only working days. This is 8 working days.
We generally try to fulfil orders of stocked items with 3 to 5 working days. I am sorry for the delay on your order and that it was delivered to the incorrect address, and thank you for collecting the items, if we had been made aware of this we would’ve been able to rectify the problem, but understand this may have caused further delays.
