Sorry you’re not happy with the service you have received from us.
It is clearly stated within our returns policy that there is a re stocking charge. I can see from your first order that all the items were returned, and a refund issued minus the £21.71 restocking charge. If you had initially ordered the correct items this could have easily been avoided; when you visited us you were shown all of the items prior to purchasing them. Subsequently, I can also see you did purchase some additional items and I hope all went well with this order and they were what you required.
