Good Afternoon, F C Hammonds. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologise for the confusion regarding your delivery. We sent you a dispatch notification on Tuesday 25/06 at 8:54am to let you know the order would be delivered on Wednesday the 26/06 within normal business hours. It states in our terms and conditions and within the email that if the delivery date does not suit your business operating hours, then to notify us and we had no response or call to let us know you close at 4:30pm. Our driver arrived at your site at 4:50pm, which is within normal business hours. The driver did attempt to call at 4:53pm but had no response. On arrival at a delivery address the driver will only ever leave an order on site if he deems the area safe, which fortunately you did get to the site to find the items in good condition and safe. If the driver did not deem it a safe area, then the order would have been returned to our warehouse and a redelivery charge would have had to be paid. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, if you do order with us in future, please let us know opening hours or communicate to us any specific delivery requirements and we will do our best to adhere to them.
