This is a well organised company that is geared up to deal with both contractors and the general public in a very fast and efficient manner ,customer care is at the heart of their process and operations .
I had a slight issue with some dammage to goods which happened in transit ,they were very prompt in resolving he issue within 10 minutes replacements had been shipped and the tracking details e-mailed to me .
10 out of 10 for customer service ,special thanks to Tracy for joining the dots together and keeping the wheels of progress in motion ,you are a star .

Good products but website frustrating as it keeps deleting your basket if you don't check out quickly.
Also I chose the £34 courier delivery option which was a mistake. They use TNT who give a 10 hour delivery window and drivers don't have phones. Even on the day they can't tell you when they will deliver so you have to sit around for 10 hours!!! Already missed them once and if I miss them again I have to pay for redelivery.

Thank you for your review, we are in the process of building a new online shop and website so hopefully this will remove many of these issues
we do use TNT for some of our deliveries and unfortunately they will not specify a delivery time, we have been in talks with TNT to try and offer a better service, along with other delivery companies -
