I ordered on a Friday before 2pm so expected delivery on Monday. I had to chase it on Tuesday and discovered it had been out of stock. It was sent out that same day and arrived the following day but an email notifying me of a delay would have been good.

We are sorry you were disappointed with the delivery time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a next day delivery service. As stated on the website we aim for all of all deliveries to reach you within 3 working days. If you require next day delivery we ask that you call us before placing an order.

Having just had a new machine installed which needed 150mm ducting for extraction, I ordered from Ducting Express Services Ltd and the delivery came the very next day. I was told at 4pm by the fitter that I was lacking 2 connectors, my mistake as I only ordered one. Called the company and spoke to John. He said that we had missed next day service but he would see what he could do. I was then away from my phone when he called back and I never saw the missed call until 5.15pm. Tried to call back but they had closed, so I thought that was it. John called me the very next morning to say he had managed to get the connectors in the post on a next day Royal Mail service. He certainly went the extra mile for me and did this without the pre payment that most companies would ask for. What a life saver, I promptly paid the bill and put the phone down with the realisation that good old fashioned customer service was alive and well at Ducting Express Services Ltd. Thank you so much John.

Not happy, ordered some products, was due for a delivery by TNT. Monday TNT missed the delivery. Tuesday they missed the delivery, I rang up duct express through the day to find out what was happening, they couldn't get back to me to find out what was happening. By 5pm I rang and rang no answer, so I had to personally ring TNT to track my parcel personally. We found the parcel and now, I have to travel nearly 45 miles to the depot to collect it, having to wake up in the morning at 4am to travel to make a good journey on the motorway. Because I cant do my job without it, not happy. This has happened a few times now with orders through duct express using TNT. Time you guys sort this out!!!!!!!!!

I had a slight issue with some dammage to goods which happened in transit ,they were very prompt in resolving he issue within 10 minutes replacements had been shipped and the tracking details e-mailed to me .

Also I chose the £34 courier delivery option which was a mistake. They use TNT who give a 10 hour delivery window and drivers don't have phones. Even on the day they can't tell you when they will deliver so you have to sit around for 10 hours!!! Already missed them once and if I miss them again I have to pay for redelivery.

Thank you for your review, we are in the process of building a new online shop and website so hopefully this will remove many of these issues
we do use TNT for some of our deliveries and unfortunately they will not specify a delivery time, we have been in talks with TNT to try and offer a better service, along with other delivery companies
