The delivery was always spot on and on time. We required more items and they were always very helpful. We went for the clip duct system and would recommend this over spiral as it looks the part and has given us a extremely efficient extraction system as there are no leaks!
Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and buying again.

Parcel left with a neighbor for a week no delivery card put through door. Had to rely on neighbor to bring parcel round when they saw that I was in. Why people use these company's is beyond me therefore the company who sold me the part will get a poor review

Hi Andy, our sincerest apologies that TNT did not provide the service we usually expect of them on this occasion. I understand why you are disappointed and would like to reassure you that we have raised a complaint with TNT to look into why the driver did not leave a card to say that your order had been delivered to your neighbour, as this is what should have happened. We do always email over a tracking reference on the morning of the expected delivery date which you can track via the TNT website, and our customers are always welcome to give us a call and we would be more than happy to look into orders that are showing as delivered but not received. Your order was dispatched from us on the same day and delivered on the next day so it is also disappointing to us here at Ducting Express that a small error like this has tainted your opinion of our company.
