We had men on site expecting it, and had to arrange for them to go back to site again to fit it, this cost us a extra £30 on the delivery charge and mileage, time etc. poor service, did it even let me know they had despatch the order. Will take our business to another supplier.

Excellent service. Only comment being spiral ducts arrive a little damaged, (push in dents and pressed to oval). Reparable with a little work. Caused I would imagine by weight having been applied at some stage. Otherwise very satisfied.
