Hi Richard, I do apologise on the delay however we do pay for next day delivery and we do put everything on a next day service but the couriers may separate the spirals to your fittings due to it being a long length. We hope to see you online with us again soon, Enya -

When I tried getting a refund for kit I didn't need I was told it was unsellable, despite it being in the exact condition I was sent it in. Very sketchy company.

Hi Danny, I am very sorry that you feel this way and as our previous discussions I understand your frustrations. As we have discussed, if you had advised us of any damage to your items on arrival, we would have been more than happy to replace the items for you. This has to be done as soon as possible but within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods, as stated within our terms. In regards to the goods that you sent back to us, we sent over a copy of our returns terms to you by email upon your request to return the goods. As stated within these terms the goods must be unused and not damaged & in their original packaging. The goods returned to us were not deemed to be in a resellable condition so we would therefore not be able to issue a refund.
