We are sorry to hear you are not pleased with our service. I have taken a look into your recent order and can see it was delivered within our delivery timescales displayed on our website. The order was placed on the 11th of November and delivered on our van 4 days later on the 15th of November. Our standard delivery period is between 5-7 working days. In regard to the damages, we have not received any notification of damages via email or telephone. If you could please get in contact with us we can look into this and resolve this issue.
