Standard Items
Requests by you to return goods supplied by us may be accepted, at our discretion, subject to a 25% handling charge.
The goods must be:
- Unused and not damaged
- In their original packaging
Any cost incured to return the items to us will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
All returns should be adequately packaged and clearly labelled as follows:

Refunds or credits will only be issued when the items are received by us in good condition.
Handling charges will be advised to you prior to goods being returned.
To make a return please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods first.
The items must be returned within 28 days.
Non-Standard Items
Unfortunately bespoke and non-standard items cannot be accepted for return.
Faulty Items
Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's 1 year warranty we will replace the item, providing it has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications We will use our discretion in offering replacement items or refunds where we believe the product has not been used within the manufacturer's specifications.
Before returning a faulty item please contact us first to obtain a Returns Code.
When returning items please ensure that you use the correct postage, and we recommend that you obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate. Items posted without this certificate are done so at your own risk. We will include a refund of the postage you have paid to return the faulty item with the replacement goods.
Damaged Items
All deliveries should be inspected on arrival. If there are any signs of damage, please ensure that you sign for them as "damaged", and inform us as soon as possible but within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
No claims for damages will be considered if the goods have been signed for as "in good condition".
