Galvanised Steel Griplock Tubing is made from deep drawing quality carbon steel to BS.1449 electro galvanised. The tube is manufactured by winding profiled metal strip into a tube, the edges being completely interfolded.
Griplock tubing has high tensile strength and strong resistance to crushing.
This tube is particularly well suited to:
Absorbing vibration
Thermal expansion and noise attenuation
Ducting of air smoke & fumes
Dry bulk handling; ash, dust, paper trim, grain, plastic pellets
Max Operating Temperature: 500°C
This product is suitable to use for car exhaust fumes providing you do not exceed the maximum working temperature of 500°C. if used for car exhaust fumes indoors, ensure the building is well ventilated.
If this product is used to transfer heat ensure personnel are protected from burn/ scald hazards
