Delivery Charges
Delivery charges start from £9.00 and vary depending on items purchased. You can review the total delivery charge on the My Basket page after adding the items that you want to buy.
Easy & Convenient Delivery
All UK orders are sent out by DPD, Tuffnells or Royal Mail and should reach you within 3 working days. Some deliveries might take longer during holidays and busy periods.
When your order is dispatched we will let you know via email. You can track the status of your delivery via the My Account section.
Next Day Delivery
We understand that sometimes you need your order in a hurry, so please contact us prior to ordering regarding next day delivery and we will do our best to arrange this.
International, Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
We are able to ship orders internationally, to Scottish Highlands or off-shore. Please contact us first for a delivery quote. Unfortunately, there are a small number of items which we cannot ship internationally, due to their size or weight.
Missing and Delayed Deliveries
If your order fails to arrive within 7 working days, please contact us.
There's Been a Mistake With My Order
If your delivery is incorrect, your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other queries relating to your order, please call our team on 01455 616 444. We kindly ask that you check your order on receipt and notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Due to the size of some items, the delivery cost might be calculated once you have completed your order. If this is the case, you'll have the opportunity to cancel your order if you're not happy with the delivery cost quoted.
Very occasionally, some postcodes or areas might carry a surcharge for delivery. If this is the case we will contact you to let you know, and you'll have the opportunity to cancel your order if you prefer.
If your order contains an item which is not in stock, as well as in-stock items, we might hold all items and ship them together when available.
All delivery timescales are estimated and whilst our courier partners endeavour to deliver within that time, occasionally there might be delays. However we do not accept liability for any late deliveries
If an attempt to deliver your order was made but fails there will be an additional redelivery charge.
If we have notified you of a delivery date for a dedicated courier, and we have not be notified of any time constraints, a redelivery charge will apply.
We aim to deliver orders via our dedicated courier within normal business operating hours, we will inform you of any delays once we are notified.
All orders are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. International and off-shore customers might have to pay import duty, additional taxes, fees, levies or customs charges and customers should check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
All items delivered beyond your doorstep are carried out at your own risk.
