Kemper are German welding fume extraction experts and have been pioneers in smoke extraction for metalworking plants since 1977. Kemper extraction arms designed to be flexible & simple. The arm can be moved into positon with one hand and will then remain permanently in place. The fume extraction arms capture welding fumes directly at the point of origin and can be connected to a central filter system using a duct extraction system. They are available in lengths from 1.5  to 10 metres & are industrial quality, suitable installations of all sizes.

In addition to arms, we provide a range of relevant accessories including welding fume extraction fans which are grouped together by supplier. These fume extraction fans are designed for use with the extraction arms. 

Fans complement our extraction arms, telescopic exhaust arms, extraction hoses and welding tables and vary depending upon the volume of air that needs to be removed as well as for single or three-phase electrical installations.

Kemper fans have been especially designed for welding & extraction environment. Their impeller wheel and the powder coated housing have a spark-proof aluminium casting. The impeller wheel is balanced statically and dynamically, making them reliable & ensuring that they produce minimal noise.

Nederman portable fume extractor fans are simple, powerful ventilation units for service, repairs & temporary work.
