Need to return an item?

We understand that not every order will be a success and sometimes products may be over ordered. If you find yourself with an item you realise you do not require then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Once we are made aware of your return, please send the items back to us at Ducting Express Services Ltd, within the parcel we ask you to include the order reference number in order to make the process run smoothly. After we receive the goods, our warehouse will then check them over and ensure they are unused and in good condition. Once confirmed we can then process your refund, minus the 25% handling charge.

Please note non-standard and bespoke items cannot be accepted for return. If you are unsure on whether an item you have ordered is standard or not then please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or call us on 01455616444. We will be happy to check this for you.
