Within Ducting Express, behind the scenes in the warehouse we have a hard-working team preparing your orders. Introducing Rui, Nuno and Eduardo.
Nuno – Our Warehouse Manager
Fun Fact: Nuno lived in Australia for 5 years and is interested in MMA (mixed martial arts) and Muy Thai boxing.
Rui & Eduardo – Warehouse Team
Fun Facts: Eduardo is a prestige chef, his favourite cuisine to cook is Mediterranean, working with fresh ingredients and strong flavours. Rui enjoys gaming in his spare time and is our renowned DE champion go kart driver.
Congratulations and thank you to our warehouse team for their determination, they have worked hard to prepare, package and dispatch over 100 parcels today. In addition to these parcels, they have also dispatched several pallets, our Luton type van left at 7am this morning to deliver some of our larger orders and multiple collections. We are forever grateful for Nuno, Eduardo and Rui and their amazing work ethic.
The Sales Team and their Time Spent in the Warehouse
To help us give the best service possible it is important to us that our team know as much information about Ducting Express, our processes and the products we sell as possible. To educate our team we made the decision to swap roles for the day. Our sales team took a half day each to learn the ins and out of the warehouse.
Our warehouse team spent some time explaining their daily processes and allowing our sales team to help them throughout the delivery preparation process.
