2024 at Ducting Express

We would like to take this opportunity to reflect on everybody’s achievements throughout 2024. Every single employee has worked hard all through 2024 within their role at Ducting Express.

Congratulations to Ellis and Amy who have been with Ducting Express for one full year. They have both worked hard and actively learnt and progressed within the sales team throughout the year. Discovering the ins and outs of ducting, and serving a multitude of happy customers, also learning fire safety and health and safety as well.

Our sales team has done a fantastic job of answering over 20,000 phone calls and processing over 12,000 orders.

Within the warehouse a massive thank you to Nuno, Eduardo and Rui who have spent the year systematising our warehouse and ensuring orders are sent out smoothly. Increased space including our spiral shed has allowed us to stock even more items allowing faster delivery for many customers. The warehouse team has worked hard to ensure we stay stocked up and organised.

Well, done to Graham, John, Rita and Tracey for their continued hard work to keep business running smoothly in the office. Updating fire alarm systems and emergency procedures to ensure customer and staff safety has been a large focus within 2024.

Shout out to Enya who has continued her progression within the industry through passing her examinations (P601 and W201) and for her continued hard work supporting Marc with the LEV testing whilst also sustaining her role within the sales team.

Marc has attended an incredible 300 sites, carrying out meticulous LEV tests all across the UK. Travelling all the way up North to Glasgow and way down South to Bournemouth. Thank you, Marc, for your continuous hard work throughout the year.
